Why a home automation installation must stay on an open standard
It is the only commitment that matters on an installation meant to last twenty years. It can be checked on three specific points.
The project belongs to you
We hand over the ETS project file, the schematics and the complete schedule of equipment. Any certified KNX integrator can take over the installation without starting from scratch.
Wireless at the edge, never at the centre
Zigbee, Matter and Thread have their place on the points where pulling a cable makes no sense. They do not carry the core of the system, whose service life is measured in decades.

Our approach is consistent: anything that can be wired, is. The KNX bus carries the automation, a PoE Ethernet network carries IP — Wi-Fi access points, cameras, access control, intercom. In a professional environment that stability is not a luxury: it is the condition for an installation to last.
Wireless keeps its place where pulling a cable makes no sense: a refurbishment without chasing, a sensor added after the fact, an isolated point. It complements a wired infrastructure, never replaces it.
One cable for both data and power
Power over Ethernet carries up to 90 W over the cable that already carries the data. No socket to plan in the ceiling, no power supply at each point, no battery to replace. It is the principle of the KNX bus, applied to the IP network.
Wi-Fi becomes a service again, not an infrastructure
Ubiquiti UniFi access points are powered and managed from the switch. Wi-Fi serves what moves — phones, tablets, laptops — while fixed equipment stays on the cable. The radio band stops being a single point of failure.
Cameras, access and intercom on the same switch
CCTV, badge readers and intercom stations draw their power from the plant room. A single UPS protects the lot, and a frozen device is restarted remotely by cycling its port — with no site visit.

Hikvision certified installer in Morocco : six HCSA and HCSP certifications
The Hikvision certification programme has two levels. HCSA (Certified Security Associate) validates command of a product range; HCSP (Certified Security Professional) is level 2, that of designing and sizing complete systems. We hold both, across six fields.
A manufacturer certification attests to a competence, not to a commercial commitment: we remain free to choose the equipment on each project. Every certificate carries an identifier that can be verified with Hikvision, reproduced below.

ETS project file, schematics and schedules: the end-of-works deliverables
An undocumented home automation installation is a captive installation. At handover the complete file is given to you, whether you call on us afterwards or not.

The complete programming of the bus, reusable by any certified integrator.

Bus topology, conduit layout, device labelling, products installed.
The acceptance report
Point-by-point self-inspection, with what was tested and under which conditions.
The handover session
Training the operator or the homeowner on the installation actually delivered.
Our limits, stated before the study
What we do not do: no per-square-metre rate, no imposed brand
Better said before the study: these three points come up often, and our answer is always the same.
Price without having seen the drawings
There is no per-square-metre rate in home automation. Two villas of identical floor area can call for very different installations. We price once we have understood how the building will actually be used, not before.
Impose a brand
We have no range to shift. The choice of equipment follows from the requirement, the construction stage and the expected level of operation.
Deliver a closed installation
No undocumented proprietary system, no dependency on a cloud to switch on a light, no compulsory subscription to keep using what you have paid for.
Coverage and ways of working together
Direct appointment or ELV package as a subcontractor
Residential work is handled as a priority along the Rabat – Casablanca corridor and in Marrakech. Commercial and BMS projects are taken on throughout the country. We work directly for the client, or as a subcontractor on the ELV package for a main contractor.
